Academic degrees in literature, sociology and librarianship.

Have been working with the SVT since 1976. Started out as archive editor and then worked for many years as manager of collections, research and documentation.

On the "international scene" I have chaired the FIAT/IFTA Programming & Production Commission and been a member of the Executive Council for some years. For one electoral period I served the organization as Secretary General. Today I´m member of the FIAT /IFTA Television Studies Commission.

Until recently I worked as Project Manager archives, specializing in the fields of Web publishing, marketing, archive programming and EU media archive projects.

My latest working field - before returning to today´s audiovisual archiving scene - has been as Environment Controller at the SVT for a couple of years. As Project Manager today, my main working fields are content selection and prioritizing within the SVT Migration Project (> 100.000 hrs of programming on tape to digital file).
