 Born 1974 in Vienna.
MA in Medieval History (Vienna University).
MAS in Archival Sciences (Austrian Institute for Historical Research, Vienna).
Ph.D. in Contemporary History (Vienna University).
Since 1998 working as a research librarian and documentalist in the “Documentation and Archives” department of the Austrian public broadcaster ORF. Researcher and producer for various TV programmes (mainly historical documentaries).
Currently Head of Historical Archives.
ORF representative in the consortium of the EU funded project BIRTH (Building of an Interactive Research and delivery network for Television Heritage, 2003-05) and VideoActive (since 2006).
Lecturer in media history at Vienna University and Innsbruck University.
