Assisted the Campus Librarian with negotiation with Mr Seaga for deposit of the collection, oversaw transfer of material into the Library, established criteria for incorporating the collection into the Library’s Special Collections, liaised with Cataloguing Section for processing of material, and established routines for use of material by Library clientele

November 7-10 2005             Workshop on Digitization as a means of Protecting Caribbean
                Cultural Heritage, Antigua
Organized the workshop. This entailed developing the programme, identifying presenters and participants from United States and seven Caribbean countries, arranging accommodation, etc.

2006                PROPOSAL WRITING
Wrote a proposal submitted to Mona Development Fund for the extension of the West Indies Collection Wing of the Library      

    Assisted in the preparation of the successful proposal to CHASE Fund for Acquisition of equipment for the Bindery

2004-2007     Prepared and presented sessions in Copyright for CARIMAC staff and students, for IL Summer programmes 2006 and 2007, and for Library staff.
